We have included, in this site, the processes we use in the development of documentation, training, and illustrations.  We've included these so that you know what to expect when we work with you.  If you have an established process that you prefer to use, just let us know.  We would be happy to use yours.  The important thing is that everyone involved knows what to expect at each stage of development.
